India Hall is The Ultimate Realtor®. She is a Washington, DC native who grew up in Virginia and has resided in Prince Georges County for the past 21 years. India is a former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the commercial real estate space; now a dynamic real estate strategist and top producing, multi-million-dollar real estate expert in the residential real estate space. India is founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Ultimate Team of Real Estate Professionals®, a top producing team of innovative, full service, real estate specialists brokered by HomeSmart. India has over 20 years of real estate experience, millions of dollars in real estate sales, and many satisfied real estate clients which appoints her an expansive reputation as one of the premier real estate professionals in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV).

India earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies and Accounting from George Mason University. India has a Master of Science in Accounting (MSAC®) from Keller Graduate School of Management. India is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) certified by the Center for Specialized Realtor Education, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®) certified by the Real Estate Business Institute, a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certified by the National Association of Realtors; and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS™) designated by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Each organization is comprised of an elite network of real estate professionals focused on offering buyers and sellers the highest level of client service and business integrity.

In 2021, India was selected as one of the preferred Realtors for Women of the NFL. This community is a sisterhood of women who support players in the National Football League (NFL) as moms, wives, or partners of the football players and are deemed decisionmakers of the athletic households. As the Women of the NFL organization begin forming their community of professional experts, they beelined to India for her real estate expertise in the DMV area. India is honored to be a part of this community.

India loves to spend time with her family, friends and Sorors. She is the happy wife of a successful entrepreneur, loving mom in the special education community, and a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. In her spare time, she loves to educate her community on financial matters, travel, listen to positive affirmations, and attend comedy shows as she believes laughter is a necessity.
