Hello there! I’m India Hall, proudly known as The Ultimate Realtor®. As a Washington, DC native, raised in Virginia, and a Prince George’s County resident for over 22 years, the DMV is not just where I work—it’s home. With over 21 years of professional real estate experience, millions of dollars in residential real estate sales, and many satisfied real estate clients, I can honorably say that I have developed an expansive reputation as one of the top real estate professionals in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. I’ve packaged all of that knowledge into a streamlined process specifically for my clients, developing a 5-star real estate experience.

As the Founder and CEO of The Ultimate Team of Real Estate Professionals®, brokered by HomeSmart, my team and I are committed to delivering innovative, full-service real estate solutions. We specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with expertise and care. My extensive credentials include certifications as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS™). I earned my Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies and Accounting from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Accounting (MSAC®) from Keller Graduate School of Management. Prior to committing to real estate full-time and becoming a multi-million-dollar producer and dynamic real estate strategist in the residential space, I had a successful career in accounting, concluding as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in commercial real estate. This strong financial background gives me an edge in guiding clients through critical decisions with precision and confidence.

In 2002, I was selected as a preferred Realtor for Women of the NFL, a sisterhood supporting the decision-makers of NFL households, and I’ve been recognized with awards such as Agent of the Year for Prince George’s County in 2022, 2023, and 2024 by Rate Your Agent. Additionally, my team has ranked as a top-performing team for both units and volume at HomeSmart DMV from 2021 to 2023.

When I’m not working, I cherish time with my family, friends, and my Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. sisters. As the wife of a thriving entrepreneur and a proud mom in the special education community, I understand the importance of balancing life and career. I also enjoy educating my community on financial matters, traveling, and attending comedy shows —because laughter is essential!
